I build venues people come back to, and systems that keep them running without the owner stepping in every day. With Samuel Stehlík, I built cafés, coworking spaces and accommodation in a park. Today we are building Hey Paddock, a team of AI agents for hospitality.

About me

Who I am

I've been in hospitality since I was 16. I started out in a family restaurant in Trenčín, studied automation at Brno University of Technology, and at 19 I took over a pub at a time when its closure was on the table. We managed to turn it around, and my hospitality story went on from there.

I've been in business with Samuel Stehlík since 2015. Without investors, from our own profits, we built cafés, coworking spaces and a building in a park. For years I was in charge of operations: people, finance, cash flow, attendance and events.

Today our businesses run without us. Our managers run them together with Hey Paddock. I'm entering a new chapter: I want to show others that running a venue on systems works. I've been through all of it, and Hey Paddock is my answer.

For venue owners

For years, the same questions weighed on me as an owner.
